i got my nose pierced and then i took it out.
i havent smoked in almost a month and i smoked a cigarette tonight.
i havent drank soda in about 2 weeks and i drank dr. pepper tonight.
i havent ate fast food in awhile and had jack in a box.
being good is hard.
